Our style of cuisine is simple yet elegant, Contemporary Tasmanian, providing the best of Tasmania's produce a perfect plate to sit on. From local (rare breed) Wessex Saddleback Pig to Coal River Valley Venison.
Monty's menu is re-designed each month to stay truly seasonal with Tasmania's climatic changes. We encourage our guests to encore the evening with possibly the best cheese selection of any restaurant in the country.

At Monty's we pride ourselves on personally selecting all wines, including some special gems unique to our restaurant, sourced directly from wineries such as Woody Nook, Lancaster, Te-Aro Estate and Moorilla Estate, also home of the very popular Moo Brew.
